Gas meter diaphragm
SYREX brand rubber diaphragms are made by Nitta Chemical Industrial products Co. Ltd. for use in EN1359 standard gas meters. Nitta diaphragms have been used by all major Japanese gas meter manufacturers since 1960 and are also used in Europe and the Middle East.
The diaphragms are made from composites of synthetic rubber and man-made fibres. The SD-33 material has been tested by DVGW and meets the EN549 standard. Its rubber-coated fabric is very hard-wearing and retains its excellent flexibility even under constant gas flow. Dimensional accuracy during processing means that the rubber-coated fabric can be easily made into diaphragms for a wide range of gas meters - from small to larger devices for measuring gas flow in large industrial applications. This ensures high accuracy of measurement results and long durability.

The FR-120-EN1 fire-retardant material complies with the European fire safety standard EN 45545-2 for railway vehicles (classification R22, HL3). The product can be manufactured and made available as a block, sheet as well as cut to size or according to drawings.

FIRESHUT FRE-A (thermally expanding fire protection material)

Intumescent material / fire protection material
The material FRE-A is a flame retardant material made of thermally expanding graphite dispersed in a urethane foam. Expandable graphite is a flame retardant that reliably reduces the flammability of materials in a physical way. At high temperatures, the intumescent material expands to five to thirty times its original volume, closing off openings and thus preventing the penetration of smoke and delaying the spread of fire.
The material is more environmentally friendly than other chemical flame retardant additives. FRE-A is REACH compliant and halogen-free. FRE-A complies with the European fire protection standard EN 45545-2 for rail vehicles (classification R22, HL3).

FIRE SHUT "FSP" (mouldable sealant - fire protection)

This putty, which expands greatly in the event of a fire, can be used to fill gaps. For example, at entry openings around electrical wires, optical cables or pipes. The thermal expansion starts at 200°C and the volume expands by about ten times. After thermal expansion, it retains a solid shape, forms an insulating protective layer and seals openings and cavities.
The material is easy and flexible to use. It is free of harmful components such as asbestos and halogen.
